Following returning rules and rights apply only for consumers.
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any particular reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date you have received the product according to shipping company’s notes.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is mandatory to send your cancellation notification to us within 14 days.
If you decide to cancel your purchase we will reimburse the full amount of payment that we have received from you, including our shipping costs.
Please note if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the standard shipment offered by us, we will not refund the extra cost for the special delivery.
We will repay the amount within 14 days from the date which we have received your notification. For the repayment we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction – unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
You have to pay the shipment costs for returning the product. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods – whichever is happens first.
You will be accountable to pay for any damage or value diminish of the returning goods.
To return your product you have to use the “Contact” option from the menu, or write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or send a written note to SOLOSOCKS, APE ApS, Venøgade 4.4.2., 2100 KBH Ø.
Please remember to include your full name, Address, Tel number and the Order Number.
